The website www.animalart.gr is an online e-commerce store for selling products and services via Internet (hereinafter referred to as the online store or website) created and operated by the company named ANIMALART, based in Kallithea, Tsitsiringkou 465, 14122 and is legally represented, with VAT No. 800768387, Tax Office of Kallithea and Company Registration No.: 140255501000, email contact address sales@animalart.gr, and customer service phone line for the online store: 211 5000500, (hereinafter briefly referred to as the COMPANY).
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the online store with the trade name animalart.gr, located at www.animalart.gr. Every user who enters and transacts or uses the services of the online store (hereinafter referred to briefly as “visitor” or “user” or “customer”, depending on whether the visit is limited only to the store or they also place orders and purchase products and services) is considered to fully agree and accept the terms set forth herein, without any exception. If a user does not agree with these terms, they are responsible for refraining from visiting, using the site, as well as from any transaction or use of the online store’s services.
General Terms
The COMPANY reserves the right to modify or revise freely the terms and conditions of use and transactions from the online store whenever it deems necessary. It undertakes the obligation to inform consumers of any changes, through the pages of this online store. Contracts via the online store are drawn up in both the Greek and English languages.
Provided Information & Products:
The COMPANY is committed to the accuracy, truth, and completeness of the information provided in the online store, both regarding the identity of the COMPANY and the transactions provided through the online store. The company, in good faith, is not liable and is not bound by electronic data entries made in error/oversight in common experience and is entitled to correct them whenever it perceives their existence. The company informs that the photographic material posted for each product, for better user/customer service, may have minor discrepancies from the final delivered product, and the company bears no responsibility for these discrepancies. These minor discrepancies do not negate the nature and properties of the product, as described.
Limitation of Liability:
Within the framework of its transactions from the online store, the COMPANY is not responsible and has no obligation to compensate for any damage or loss arising from the cancellation of orders, from their non-execution, or from any delay in their execution, for any reason. It does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online store but informs, based on the kept data, about the availability or not to the interested customer and commits, in the event of a change in these data, to inform the customers about the unavailability within a reasonable period. In this case, it has no further responsibility. The online store provides the content (e.g., information, names, photos, depictions), products, and services available through the website “as is.” Under no circumstances is the COMPANY civilly or criminally liable for any damage (direct, special, or consequential, which indicatively and not restrictively, alternately, or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost earnings, monetary satisfaction, etc.) that a visitor to the online store or a third party might suffer due to reasons related to the operation or not and/or the use of the website and/or inability to provide services and/or products and/or information available from it or by any unauthorized third-party interventions in products and/or services and/or information available through it.
Transfer of Risk:
In contracts where the supplier ships the products to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the consumer when either the consumer or a third party appointed by the consumer, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
